Well, I got mine working again, so if you get it to load again, maybe you can try this...

It seems like all the columns collapsed into one. Who knows why? What I did was to hide all the columns using the Option, Select Columns menu. Then just add one column. If you can see the one, add another. If you can't see the first one, then you need to take your mouse just ever so slightly to the right of the scroll bar separating the quote window from the left window, and if you do it right, you should be able to drag the column separater over to the right and you should see the first column. You basically need to put your mouse a millimeter or so to the right of where it would be if you were going to increase the size of the left vertical window. Once you get the first column, add another column and if it doesn't show up, repeat.

Good luck! Who knows why it happened to us in the first place!
