This was my second time flying in a balloon. First was two years ago this month.

Umatilla County is pretty varied. It ranges from areas near the Washington border that have fruit orchards, wheat and pea fields, to mountains to high desert in the western portion.

The Umatilla Chemical Weapon depot is there - where the military has stored a huge stockpile of very nasty chemical weapons.
