Mohan, You seem to understand the situation completely. No one has commented on Bob's show today. I only caught the last few minutes (Wade Crook was running a new disinfomercial mentioning his welfare and food stamp childhood). Anyway, Bob said that an S&P PE above 20-22 is out of the question. And therefore DOW 9,000, much less DOW 10,000, is out of the question for this year. He mentioned that the DOW historically has a PE slightly lower than the S&P because of the DOW components.
