We need a law like this here in America if there is ever to be peace in the world.

MOSCOW, May 12 (Itar-Tass) - The Russian State Duma passed a law on Thursday, stipulating that only citizens of the Russian Federation, who have no dual citizenship, will henceforth be entitled to head the country’s cabinet.
The MPs unanimously, by 417 votes, approved simultaneously on Thursday the second and third readings of the law “On Amendments to Article 7 of the Federal Constitutional Law on the Government of the Russian Federation”. It said that the Chairman of the Russian government is to be appointed by the president of the Russian Federation from among citizens of Russia, who have no foreign citizenship, according to the constitutionally fixed procedure.
