The arguments are good and are in accordance with the conventional Point & Figure 3-point Reversal Method theory. However, this method does NOT give any probabilities on TIMING at all, since the method is totally time-insensitive. It basically only gives signals of various strengths and target prices but no timing as to when those targets are going to be achieved. POG in US dollars is correctly interpreted as being in a DOWNTREND. In my own count, a price of US$332-333 is currently required (or A$ 445-446 on the Australian dollar chart) to indicate a BUY signal. These breakouts are lower than previously indicated (see link below) because of the 3-point reversals (or larger) that have taken place since my last comment. These reversals are NOT time related at all: it could take a day, or equally well a year, or what ever time for a reversal to happen... techstocks.com
