shawn, the rs was the straw that broke the camels back. Not the rs alone but the conditions surrounding the rs. Like eric said, Tony will be looking for another 10mm post split plus the incentives. Read this quote from the faulking truth about reverse splits... "In the world of OTC stocks, reverse splits are almost always the kiss of death, especially when they are followed by another round of dilution." BTW, it is my understanding that a show of hands at the SHM is all that is needed to change the RS ratio.....
