I introduced a whole bunch of people to European organic style butter, made in America, last night. I put a sad little stick of regular butter next to a golden stick of Straus Family Creamery butter (one of the first Organic Dairies). The butter is made in small batches and is 85-86% butterfat and lower in moisture. While the torture of factory farms is terrible- winning people over with excellent taste, and no pus, is probably an even better way to get converts. The people at my table could not believe how much better the butter tasted. I told them to try the Irish butter as well- that you had recommended it. :-)

I plan to keep doing the butter thing- and eventually (I bet you) everyone I know will be using it. The taste is miles beyond regular factory farm butter.
