In the spring I take a garden sprayer and throw a little bleach in with some water and spray around. I've never had mold develop.

These old house problems aren't boring. I battled bats for two years when I first got here.

First lesson I learned was to seal openings at night after they leave, not in the day when they're in the house. Duh!

It's a little startling to get dive bombed by a bat when sitting down for dinner. And I felt just a little bit ridiculous standing in my yard peering in the window looking in at a LOT of bats flying around my house!
