I don't know yet Ild as rates have not gone over 6 % or if they did it was very brief. So for the last year or so if memory serves me right we have been between 5.125 and 6.125 on rates. Now we are close to 5.375 so mortgage rates are still low. Short term rates have moved up more I think but don't pay as close attention to them.
