A brain drain can be a very beneficial thing --- if the 'draining' is headed your way." In order to remain in the catbird seat we need to have continued incentives that are tangible. Freedom is important. Freedom from: economic persecution; religious persecution; moral depravity; excessive taxation; violence; etc. We need to retain the excitement and the positives without the negatives getting too big.
