A dear friend used to work as an assistant to a special ed teacher in our local school district. This teacher also happened to be a lobbyist for the Teacher's Union. She spent most of the day on the phone lobbying and talking to important politicians........like Batty Murray.......and left the classroom to be administered by my friend. She even had my friend write up weekly summaries of student progress (illegal) so that she could spend her time (taxpayer paid and also illegal) on the phone. I urged my friend to turn her in, but she just left that job for another instead. That teacher was the most irresponsible kind imo.
