I don't think that is as much of an issue as it once was since secretaries are nearly extinct.

By the time the politicians have their say, and the unions have their say, who knows what the final result will be?

Indeed. May never happen or take ages. Which makes it all the sillier to justify it based on 9/11 security needs.

Maybe it's just a ploy to renegotiate the leases...<g>
