1. Why did Republicans filibuster Fortis? 2. Why does Frist LIE about it now? 3. Where in the Constitution does it say: nominees must get an up or down vote? 4. Advise and CONSENT includes minority advice against a nominee. Obviously rightwingers haven't a clue about how our democracy works. You guys are gunning for one-party TYRANNY and THEOCRACY.
