I assure you they know what their talking about. It was a tentative indication at the time of my post based on the stock price, with the final pricing point being during the week of 9/15. You know as well as I do that nothing is over till it's over. As well, I think I said that it would be priced as the market bears. If the price for the stock goes up, it will be priced higher. Frankly, fund manager don't think like your example. They don't marry the stock, they just own it. They don't buy it to raise the price so the company can have more money available to it. If they do, hawks come it and short it and it tumbles. Look for "the edge of high fair value". Regards,
