Not really. If you hand me a story to read while we're having lunch, and while shuffling through the pages I notice something that is wrong, that doesn't mean I'm verifying everything else in the piece. Since we don't know the extent of the "verification" process, I'd hold back on making assumptions of how thoroughly the DOD contacts reviewed the piece.
