More on Mexico's Fox's racial comments. He doesn't know what the stink is about.

And at the risk of sounding very non-PC, my experience is that Mexicans are rarely racist. What Fox said sounds horrid to our ears, but IMO is not indicative of systematic, insitutionalized racism. Mexicans have had a lot of experience mixing Spanish blood with Indian blood, and have assimilated the two. Juarez, a very dark-skinned fellow, was the equivalent of our Lincoln and was pure Zapotec Indian.

I see a lot, a whole lot more racism here from Mexican Americans than I do from Mexicans who remained in Mexico.
