Many on your side criticize even when there is no legit reason for criticism. And then call themselves patriots for doing it? lol "It may ultimately destroy our good name and power." Unjust and untrue criticism does this without a doubt. Like the newsweek story I brought up (that was just retracted). I am sure Isakoff (sp?) says the same thing as you just. He was "doing his duty" by criticising America, and now people are dead and there are even more that hate us. Can't you see the folly in that thinking? It matters (a lot) that the criticism is justified. Many on the left just do not see it that way. How did your implied criticism that the war is going poorly "help" America? Or the Iraqis? Or the sub group of Muslims that are blinded by hate? I'm pretty sure that nobody benefited from your insult other than the ones who already hate us. They love to watch "Americans" say how 'effed up we are.
