I read your pollyannish claptrap and wonder if you even have a mind.

What part of "reality" is it that you don't get? About 90% of it, I guess.

Re: 1 - Neither China nor India have a large widespread absolute advantage over the US.

What part of a hollowed-out U.S. manufacturing base and unsustainable twin deficits don't you get?

Re: 2 - Even when a country does have a widespread absolute advantage and another has a widespread absolute disadvantage, both can benefit by trade. Comparative advantage continues to work even when one side or the other has an absolute advantage.

BWAAHHHAAAAHAAHAHAHAH! What kind of dufus convolution of crackpot tail-chasing doublethink is this? You just succeeded in saying absolutely nothing.

When it comes to examining the contents of your mind, that old quip from Gertrude Stein comes bubbling forth, "there is no there, there".
