The $DOT looks like its forming a bullish inverse h/s pattern.

And most importantly of all the Comp is at the "Moment of Truth" area here. If we clear 2000 convincingly this could trigger a significant upside advance as shorts will be forced to cover some positions. A lot of good T/A people are looking at this as a 4th wave up....many will get taken by surprise if we take out 2k.
