I'm buying WCOM calls in any case. As for wanting CSRV, MFS payed
2Billion for UUNET (they are both part of WCOM now). CSRV is worth
at least twice as much as UUNET, so if they can get it all at 1.2B
(which I doubt) then they have a steal. If CSRV dumped its online
service for nothing, I believe the network services division alone could easily trade at $15/share in this market.

If WCOM gets the deal to go through, they will become THE worldwide
network. Remember CSRV's was rated head and shoulders above all the
others for both speed and service.
