RESTON, Va., May 17, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- PRA International (Nasdaq: PRAI), a leading global clinical research organization, announced today a proposed public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock, par value $0.01 per share, all of which will be sold by certain stockholders of PRA. The selling stockholders have granted the underwriters the right to purchase up to an additional 900,000 shares at the public offering price. The Company has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission related to the offering. The timing and the size of the offering will depend on market conditions and other factors.
The offering will be made through an underwriting syndicate led by Credit Suisse First Boston LLC and Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc.
