expect a secondary from sma in the next month as well..I don't view these events as bad things for either company. insiders taking some off the table after years of investment/effort far different from the slew of deals we've seen recently in which they cash out while piling debt upon debt on the company..should be interesting to see how prai responds here--knee jerk reaction is for it to sell-off some, how though could someone holding the stock not see this coming though is beoynd me.
