Actually, I think there's a grain of truth in there. Japan, Saudi, Kuwait and others contributed billions. Enough that our balance of payments briefly went positive, anyway.

But as we've all been instructed, he's not eligible here any more. He's a fast food drive through moron, or something like that. ;-)
