Zinger, I checked again today, and there are two kinds of ownership,I did mixed it up, so my previous calculation is not correct, please accept my apology. The latest reported date was August 29 : On July 18/97 according to stockwatch data Mr. Fell directly hold 139459 and indirectly hold 923293 and on July 31 his direct holding was 49459 and indirect hold 875293. Figures showed that he disposed shares in July. Its not unusual for insider trading company shares, but at this time the share price is too miserable and what we needed is some support & not selling, otherwise we will never see 20 cents again.May be Paul should give us some explanation why we buy and they sell. I am not trying to make trouble, but if they disposed shares @ 0.14, what can I say.
