There will be no real estate crash.>> Actually, in my humble opinion, there should (and probably will) be a funeral for both the extreme real estate bulls and speculators who have come out of the woodwork in the past couple years and the bears who've been relentlessly predicting The Big Crash for half a decade now. Kool-Aid will be the drink of choice at the wake. Plenty of it has already been passed around and consumed heavily on both sides of the issue. <<gg>>
