can't stress enough that prai secondary isn't diluting shareholders one bit...dilutes the float by 80%+, but the outstanding shares not budging---they don't need to cash and balance sheet is clean so they didn't pile on any extra shares from company in this filing. still 22 1/2 million o0r so shares outstanding after offering.
