That's a stupid solution. You want to look like Islamic Jihad? That's where you are going. < The Solomon like solution is to keep flag burning legal but immunize anyone reacting to the burner from the assault laws.> Who needs laws, civilization and all that bureaucracy? Go with dog eat dog. So the flag-burner will need to carry a gun to defend themselves against waco nut-jobs. That's not a Solomon solution. That's a mindless moron street justice solution which leads to people shooting doctors at abortion clinics. Too many people like to get offended and be violent.
