Yes, I agree. But the street has already priced in the Fed's influence through November at least. It is a done deal, with little uncertainty, at least so far as is reflected in the Fed Futures.

Now... if the Fed unexpectedly changes course, the futures and the equities markets will have to discount that, but I don't see that happening anytime soon. The markets seem to have little or no expectation that this is possible either, based on the Fed Funds Futures.
