Mark & louis, Could the down grading of ORFR to a "buy" by Unterberg have anything to do with their connection with GCOM? The following is from the news brief of GCOM's IPO.(from Yahoo) >> The offering is being made through an underwriting group managed by PaineWebber Incorporated and Unterberg Harris.<< That news brief was from Aug. 8th Now on September 2nd they started the coverage of GCOM with a "buy" rating. >>NEW YORK, Sept 2 (Reuter) - PaineWebber said on Tuesday it started coverage on the shares of Globecomm Systems Inc with a buy rating.<< Then on Sept 5th Unterberg down grades ORFR. Could there be a conection or is this completely unrelated? Regards Gerard
