I can recall once or twice in the last 20 years, but that was because I was trying to earn a living as a market garden farmer. It gets really frustrating. Not only can't you do anything, but the rain causes apple scab. Ugh. One year, I had a creek going down my driveway Memorial Day; drainage ditches couldn't cary it off fast enuf, and I was up to my ankles.
This has been a BoSox comeback for rainfall; we were so far behind normal going into May that there was no way we could catch up; 17 inches behind, with maybe another 5 still to come by the averages. Now, I don't know, but I'll bet I got 2 inches overnight.
Cabin fever.
