Hi Electra,

I usually just trade QQQQ using leveraged mutual funds (Rydex or UltraProfunds; Potomac also has some long/short funds, but I've never traded those).

That's because usually I can't watch things closely enough these days to trade options or the underlying, so I try to trade trends that are a bit longer... for example, I think I've flipped from long to short or vice versa only about 8 times this year, so my typical hold time is about 3 weeks or so.
