Oh I agree... But I know people who decided not to buy a (primary home) house/condo in several markets (San Diego, DC, Boston) in 2002/3 because things seemed too frothy then... In hindsight their frugality and level-headedness has "cost" them 35% to 50% in paper gains on $300K to $400K properties... This bubble truly is a War on Savers...
