I have addressed the motives of posters on an earlier post. A good samaritan on SI is an oxymoron. With a stock with a small float and still relatively low daily volume one can hope to cause selling by inducing fear in shareholders by implying that that the company is a scam, etc. I think it is fair to say this is the hoped for goal by Hedgyl in his post. Perhaps he is working with a larger group that has been trying to short the stock? The question of "guts to reveal his identity" is irrelevant-he is someone who want very badly for the price of IAIC to fall. In general the only reason for such a wish(unless he is a disgruntled former employee) is because he(or the MM he is working with) has a substantial short position. If institutional money gets involved now that the stock is NASDAQ it will not be as possible to influence the price by causing panic with individual investors.
