Shut down the backbone under martial law if there's something like a 911. At this point, I'm not so sure it has to be here, it could be in our protectorate Iraq.

The alternative way is to get consumers to pay for it: turn the last mile to the home into 100% cable and then deny websites access to THEIR customers.

It can happen, it may happen.....we're fighting a war for Exxon...anything at all can happen.
