Am also interested in SDC, and am glad we now have a message board. Have follwed all the comments on SDC since it went public. My question is does the majorit of stock reside with the government of Kuwait, and how many of the rigs are are in Kuwait? Additionally, what is the instutional ownership of SDC? The Oil & Gas board on the Motley Fool seems to have a lot of good things to say about SDC (i.e, their mix of rigs, their rig locations., (all but 1 are oversesas where day rates are much higher), and many of their short term contracts are rolling over, so they will be able to benefit from the current increasing day rates]. Can't help but like the earnings projection, but SDC has no track record as to wheter they meet projections. What do you know of the management's historical track record?
