Argus Research prepares their Argus Update report for Charles Schwab who in turn provides copies to some of their customers. The August 1997 issue lists FDC as their Director's Choice among a list of The Argus Top 30. Comments included: $1.58 EPS estimate for 1997 (excluding the health care sales loss) $1.93 EPS estimate for 1998 12 month price target of $53 "The recent deal with Microsoft positions FDC as a leader in online commerce." ____________________ Regards - Dale
