Dems are the majority, they just don't commit voter fraud the way Republicans do. Republican appointees dominate 10 of 13 appellate courts, Republicans threatened to use the filibuster time and again and actually did so with Fortis.

The Senate is the minority-rights chamber which is why RI has as much power as CA. Even with the filibuster, the Dems have slid through 95% of Bush's nominees. The remainder, including the ABA-low-ranked Brown, are unqualified for the bench. Owens took money from the Bush attorneys paid for by the corporate defendant in a case she was ruling on.

This is pure corruption. It is only right that all good and decent people object to corruption and incompetence on the federal bench.
