Even with the filibuster, the Dems have slid through 95% of Bush's nominees.

You don't hear this side of the story from Frist. The democrats have approved the vast majority of judges. Only 5% of them were blocked by the use of the filibuster, and in these cases even some republicans didn't vote for cloture.

What Frist wants to do is to introduce the most radical elements into the judiciary, and change 200+ years of tradition in the Senate to do it!

This will not be good for the country, and wingers who now are saying this must be done will be wishing they didn't tamper with tradition when the liberal elements once again regain power.
