I get it. They should have followed CBS' courageous example, and stuck with the fake-but-accurate defense.

Between Galloway and Newsweek, I've lost count of how many posts today have followed the argument: "We know that what our side was arguing wasn't true at all, but the truth doesn't matter. We just support our side and think it should win whether the facts support it or not. We call that 'a larger truth'"
