kropotkin, The job of the Fed is to ensure the viability of the financial system and the currency. Volker did this, even though he had to crush many businesses that were benefitting from massive inflation. Homebuilders and savings and loans were definite losers under Volker.

Greenscam is weakening the financial system and destroying the currency to try to sustain the status quo in the financial services industry. He is more of an anti-Fed Chairman.
