I believe there are a multitude of consequences. Surely, there could be greater efficacy if some of these patients can be disqualified, but how many times has Bianco reassured skeptical analysts that these trials were conducted with PS2 patients. If it turns out that some of these PS2 patients didn't even have lung cancer, he will be seeing addendums to the lawsuits.
