Harper can probably learn from his mistakes... but Stronach will always be Stronach... I find it amazing that you ascribe the ability to learn to Harper, but assume that Stronach cannot learn. Her Father's example suggests that would not be the case. Frank learns at what I suspect is an amazing rate, and obviously sees opportunities that most Canadians ignored.....
