Correlation of Cancer Response Measures vs Overall Survival - Recently I decided to track down the correlation of TTP vs Overall Survival and was surprised to find virtually nothing (only in colorectal cancer was their anything). So I broadened my search to include other response measures (e.g. do those with partial response live longer than those without response, or a metaanalysis of RR vs survival in multiple trials ...). There are little pieces of data, but still very very little hard data. I even tried looking in ODAC minutes and find little but anecdotal data.

What's up. Am I just looking in the wrong places (e.g. was this determined 40 years ago and so doesn't show up in medline any more?)? Anyone have any suggestions?
