Riley, I've got to question your statement about the Reg S not being convertable for two years. I've been following MTCI for over a year and that company has been hit really hard with Reg S. There's a lot of analysis posted and the explanations of Reg S have been many. It's my understanding the holders of Reg S have to wait only 45 days before being converted. I don't claim to be an expert on these issues and overall don't think this is a problem for the cartel but it's something you and everyone else may want to look at a little closer. I truly hope you folks are victorious here cause I'm participating in EUTO hoping to accomplish the same goals. Best wishes to all... WayHaw
