Republicans have used and, possibly, INTEND TO USE IN THE FUTURE, filibustering or the threat of it.

If, in the wasteland that is your intellect, you expect majority rules everything then, the patriotic thing to do is: ELIMINATE THE SENATE.

After all, the Senate is a MINORITY BODY. It is where RI has as much say as California.
