Of course the Senate is making its own decisions about judicial nominees. What an ignorant question designed to get opinions from ignorant people.

The question is not whether judicial nominees should even go through the Senate in the first place. The question is whether a 60/40 supermajority is needed for such a confirmation, or whether a simple majority should suffice.

And the only one talking about an "angry electorate" is the Dem pollster Peter Hart, who no doubt is trying to play up such anger.

More evidence of bias in journalism.
