I know it's hard, but concentrate a bit and focus when posting. A legislative filibuster is legal, approved both sides should use it. A judicial filibuster is BS. When the Repubs AND Dems used it, it resulted in the President pulling the nominee due to ethics violations.

The count was 24 R and 19 D. I'd say that was a bip[artisan committee interested in the country. Not a bunch of hard headed whiny airbags trying to get their way.
