I have a question about 2 Chinese small-cap companies that are listed on the TSX-Venture: SMS and VSC SMS - Yangtze Telecom Corporation (delinquent filer) VSC - Vision Coatings Group (currently suspended) What's your personal opinion about the future of these companies?
