To get to production phase, they need cash soon. The preferred method is exercise of the "A" warrants (strike price of $6) - they can call them (forcing exercise) if share price is $8.50 for 5 consecutive days. They will either do that or private offering. Technically, the groundwork is set for the former. All imo.
