Hi Kemble, Not being able to hire staff in SD is an example of failing to execute. Management needs to quickly address these problems and solve them. If they don't, well we all knows what happens. HP is also demonstating the inability to execute. However, we need to hold our opinions in check until the new CEO either turns the company around, or leaves. Interesting times that we live in.
